Tim Lee brak in de jaren ‘80 bijna door. Zijn band The Windbreakers stond meerdere malen op het punt om te tekenen bij een grote maatschappij. Vanaf het begin van deze eeuw heeft hij er weer zin in en Concrete Dog is sindsdien zijn derde release. Southern Pop wordt deze muziek genoemd.
